My approach reflects my lived experience in the urgency of social and climate work. I’m here to guide you to be in your well-being, be connected to your big purpose and thrive in the collective elements of the job with others.

Supporting teams and larger groups in turning their remote or hybrid collaboration into an effective, efficient and enjoyable experience (yes, that includes perfecting your governance and collaborative decision-making processes).

Currently I’m in my sixties. With a lived experience of a societal and economic collapse before and during wars in former Yugoslavia, I want to support adults younger than me in deeply adapting to current and future polycrisis on their local, translocal and global levels of scale.

Building on a Masters in Clinical Psychology + extensive training in Emotional Bodywork + Organisational Constellation work + Trauma Healing (Somatic Experiencing). 
Started therapy work (individual and group) more than 30 years ago, mixing it with group/team dynamics and the wider patterns in mainstream society.

My coaching approach is multi-faceted or multi-dimensional: including bodywork / somatics, the emotional, the mental/conceptual and whatever more there is in Life! I work with what is present in the moment, not with a specific method or approach; but choosing that what works for the client/coachee. Using my experience, knowledge and intuition.

Using nature-based (yes, even when we meet online!) and embodied practices, I support your process of reconnecting. From there, we can look deeper and identify some patterns that you may want to shift to step up into collaborative leadership.

Many of us believed that we need to relinquish our independence to find community. But now there is a way to integrate the "I" and the "we". Our coaching conversations will navigate the questions: "How do I fit into the organisation?" and "How does the organisation fit into me?", and everything in between.

Transforming your leadership may feel like a huge unachievable task, you may know the theory but when it comes to practice it all feels a bit clumsy. Together, we will create pathways from knowledge to practice.

When we leave the wisdom of the body out of the equation, change often doesn’t last. My coaching approach transforms the self & relationships through the soma ("the living body in its wholeness") by developing your somatic awareness, introducing powerful new embodied practices, and releasing deeply-held habitual patterns and persistent barriers. When the journey ends you are in a new "shape" — an embodiment that is capable of fulfilling on your longings and your purpose.
