Francesca spends most of her time working with distributed networks and communities. She helped build the international Ouishare community and its conference Ouishare Fest. Grown up between cultures, she loves bridge building: between (organizational) cultures, techies and intellectuals, startups and Nonprofits, budgeting and collaboration.
Kate's journey with self management started in the Enspiral network. Today she runs trainings for practitioners and theorists interested in self management and cooperative entrepreneurship. She believes that the principles of self management can help strengthen an emerging new economy where people create structures that serve them.
Anthony is a creative producer, writer and business owner who has helped many Enspiral businesses start and grow since 2012. He serves as a director and advisor to several startups, and thrives most when he is building and supporting high functioning teams, product and business development, entrepreneurship and impact investment.
As a catalyst, convenor, and thinking partner, Susan helps individuals, teams, and organisations experiment with new ways of working and being. She believes that self-organising principles emancipate potential and create humane workplaces. Her passion is work that builds the capacity to build capacity.
A trained geophysicist and self-taught web developer, Juliana taught full stack web development at General Assembly for several years, while running a co-living and coworking space out of her home in San Francisco. She is passionate about community living and building products that solve problems for people.
Michel designs and facilitates the co-creation of global communities. He initiated and co-founded Impact Hub Zürich and led the transition of the global Impact Hub Network towards a distributed governance structure. What drives him is the challenge of how to grow a culture of genuine co-creation.
Jessy-Kate is passionate about operationalizing new approaches to social institutions that involve self-organization and direct representation. This often involves some combination of facilitation, software development, chaotic experimentation and trust. She is founder of the Embassy co-living network.
