Liberating Structures Studio is a 6-week cohort-based course that will teach you easy-to-learn group facilitation methods that enhance relationships, build trust and surface otherwise untapped ideas - online and IRL.
It's a good instinct - how do we get as many diverse minds as possible in on a challenge? How can we see other perspectives? Getting energized by all the ideas from all the humans is intoxicating! But is it enough?
Over time, and especially in the virtual context, even meetings designed to be participatory start to follow the old patterns where some (maybe you?) fade into the background while the “usual suspects” drive the conversation. Disengaged and uncertain how to participate, you watch as the hours slip away. If you’re hosting the meeting, you might struggle with how to create a more interactive and participatory environment for your group. You feel the need to drive the agenda, tightly holding the group like a task-master. Feeling the weight of the outcome on your shoulders.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Liberating Structures quickly foster lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone. They offer disruptive innovation that can replace more traditional approaches, that can be controlling and constraining. And most Liberating Structures are easy to learn, and scalable from small to huge groups (300+), in-person and online.

A facilitator of transition spaces, Jyo co-creates experiences in bringing different modalities of exploration to implore the participants willing to journey together. Her contexts range from inclusion to self-discovery in individuals, teams and systems.
Jeremy believes in empowering curiosity, care and courage with Liberating Structures for Organizational Game Design. He is active around the memes of regeneration, the commons and Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs).
